Oh! haha. Oops. It didn’t even occur to me to use them for anything. I gave a few to my next door neighbor, then just cracked the rest of them open for their water and meat.
They were still pretty young. I suppose I’ve never done anything with young coconuts except eat/drink them straight. But when they are older and their meat is tougher, the meat can be grated (and freezes well) for various desserts and dishes. :)
